GALLERY - Tunbridge Community Club celebrates 50 years

The Tunbridge Community Club 50th anniversary day on Saturday was such a success the local watering hole nearly ran out of beer!

Hundreds attended the special day to mark 50 years since the determined community opened a venue to replace the social scene lost when its local hotel unexpectedly closed.

With food, music and plenty of reminiscing, and luckily just enough beer to see them through, the Tunbridge Community Club members and friends celebrated the history of the Club and its newfound viability since volunteers took on the job of serving at the bar and ramping up its hiring for events.
