I assume the ratepayers paid for this invite only event for fabulous photos for the mayor. How much was this photo shoot using a professional media company cost us? Did we pay for their lunch. Did they get a free bottle of booze? Perhaps the mayor should have another councillor as her plus one or she could provide an invoice for her husbands portion.
