The team at Delmade understand soil care and preparation is critical to promoting high germination and yield rates.

That is why it is important your tillage implement is designed to provide the best seedbed for your crop or pasture.

The Delmade locally-built range of heavy duty offset discs have been specifically designed to take care of your soil health and productivity and this is what really sets them apart.

Delmade 850 Series

The 850 Series offset disc from Delmade is a workhorse for use with mid to heavy range tractors.

Weighing up to 4.65 tonne in a rigid frame 36-plate the 850 is designed to dig deep providing excellent trash flow for trouble free discing in pre or post crop situations.

Featuring the legendary Delmade oil bath bearing unit the 850 Series is able to withstand even the most adverse ploughing conditions.

These unique Delmade bearing units have the capacity to withstand extreme radial and axial shock loads through the bearing.

The units also feature the ability to keep foreign material away from the tapered roller bearing resulting in excellent bearing life.

The success of this sealing system is shown by its use in other adverse applications such as the track rollers on dozers and excavators.

When designing the 850 Series Offset Disc the Delmade team looked to provide a high quality offset disc to suit medium to heavy range tractors.

The result is an outstanding machine featuring three main frame rails to provide more strength and rigidity than any other machines in its class.

The unit also features a larger, wider, stronger frame with twin lift cylinders and four flotation tyres which give exceptional flotation in the field.

Locally built in Westbury Tasmania, the 850 Series and entire Delmade range are produced using only the highest quality steel and are fabricated by a skilled team of local welders.

The build process is handled locally in the purpose built factories at Westbury, from cutting and fabrication right through to powder coating and pre-delivery.

To provide the best class finish the 850 series undergoes intensive rust prevention treatment prior to assembly.

This comprises of a three step process. Abrasive blasting to remove mill scale and surface rust from the steel. Priming, a zinc powder protects the metal by improving corrosion resistance and finally topcoat. The coloured topcoat is applied electrostatically and cured under heat. This results in a dense finish that is more durable than conventional painting.

As a team Delmade stand by their locally manufactured products and also provide on site skilled advice for correct set up of equipment for optimum performance.

The Delmade range of products is also fully supported by Tasmania-wide customer service.

The team is happy to extend their knowledge of local conditions to assist with purchasing decisions.
