Sunnybanks high-quality prime lambs meet the needs of farmers and buyers.

Since its establishment in 2004, Sunnybanks Prime Lamb has built a strong reputation. The family’s farming roots extend back to the founding of Faraday Park in 1960, making it a proud third-generation farm.

“Sunnybanks aims to produce high-quality prime lambs that meet the needs of farmers and buyers,” Paul Day said.

“At the Bendigo Show, we again achieved strong results, selling seven Poll Dorset rams (top price $12,500 to LambPro Stud Rams) five White Suffolk rams (top price $14,500 sold to Finley McDonald Fairburn Vic) and one White Suffolk ewe. We value the continued support of both new and returning clients.

“Over the past 12 months, we have invested in several high-quality rams and ewes to strengthen our stud, enhance its genetics and produce sheep suited to current market demands.

“We were fortunate to be able to secure 40 high performance ewe lambs from Melton Vale in the dispersal of their Poll Dorset Stud.

“We also purchased a Gooramma ram 230115 (for $21,000) to complement these ewes and further improve data.

“Sunnybanks Prime Lamb is proud of its heritage and commitment to quality.

“By breeding structurally sound sheep that meet market demands, we help buyers invest with confidence,” Mr Day said.

All rams have had six-in-one booster, drenched with TriGuard and Guidair vaccinated.
