The first concrete slabs have been poured at Noble Life's over-50s lifestyle resort in New Norfolk.

The slab pours mark the commencement of home builds in preparation for residents moving into Noble Life New Norfolk in late 2026. The 2 and 3 bedroom homes are being built in partnership with Wilson Homes.

Director at Noble Life, Daniel Noble, said that Noble Life New Norfolk was reflective of a broader shift in how Australians are choosing to live in retirement in Tasmania.

“Today’s over-50s are active, socially connected, and increasingly selective about where and how they live”, Mr Noble said.

“Rather than traditional retirement villages, they are seeking more modern lifestyle-led communities that offer independence, quality design, and genuine value without compromising comfort of security.

Noble Life New Norfolk is set on more than 9.5 hectares and only 30 minutes from Hobart CBD.

Mr Noble said that the 5-star Noble Life Clubhouse provides an exceptional range of resort-style amenities and beautifully appointed entertaining spaces. He added that the pet- friendly resort located in the scenic Derwent Valley is designed to foster leisure, wellness and social connection.

Homes at Noble Life New Norfolk start from $569,000, with just a 3% deposit required and nothing further to pay until the home is complete.
