Tassal covers student photo costs at the Tasman District School
All students at Tasman District School will receive a school photo pack this year.
The costs of the photos have been covered by aquaculture company Tassal.
Tasman District School Principal Susan Flinn said it allowed families to share in an important school tradition and create lasting memories, regardless of their circumstances.
“School photos are often the one consistent photo across a child’s life that shows their growth and development,” Ms Flinn said.
“In the past, there may have been some families who chose not to purchase photos due to the cost.
“This donation means all students can receive a photo pack, and we are very grateful to Tassal for their support.
“The initiative has already received positive feedback from both students and parents, who appreciate the inclusive approach.”
