I think a few more so called community leaders need to get out of their high end cars and actually use our streets on foot. A pedestrian bridge across the Lachlan for the multitude of potential users should have been thought of before the council sold the flood zone for dubious housing. A few made a fortune. Watching those brave souls in their ability scooters going from corumbene to High St for basic needs both inspires me and fills me with dread for their safety. You won't find them on Facebook whinging about their partner being scrutinized. Nope. Just trying to survive.
We are over elected officials thinking they are oracles.
