Properties that don’t want deer can cull them all year round under the current permit system now ,done on most properties by licensed hunters at there expense as well as on a percentage of properties a property fee is charged to the hunter also. Deregulation will only take the traditional 5 week season away from the hunters that has been enjoyed each year for decades , with this insensitive gone many of these dedicated hunters will stop culling game on many properties.
