Cape Wickham named third best golf course in Australia

Cape Wickham Links has been named as the third-best golf course in Australia.

The list was compiled by Australian Golf Digest, which ranks the best courses in the nation every two years.

Cape Wickham had stolen the top spot from Royal Melbourne’s West Course in 2024.

But the Victorian course has regained first position this time around.

Another King Island course, Ocean Dunes, also made the top 20 after being ranked 17th.

A total of five Tasmanian courses made the top 20.
