Coming from a deer hunting family of many generations, I find this problem puzzling. I hear lots of complaints about deer numbers, but when a new or young shooter , or even experienced hunter, wants to take an animal for food , 99% of property owners say no! We have to many shooters now?????? My family has Refences from other land owners, experience, and insurance , to harvest these beasts . safely ,for the table. But find it near, on impossible to get on land. Something not adding up here???
