Let's hope the companies that own the abhorrent intensive, caged salmon production facilities also have to pay 100% of regulatory costs, including, not just export certification costs, but also the regulation, monitoring, inspection and clean up of any any and all biological and numerous animal welfare issues within their unconscionable trade in misery.
