Technology to make quality BIODIESEL at low cost in farms and small city business

Argentina,April 2026,-

- CMM Ingenieria SH has updated its SAVOIA BD JET technology to produce high quality biodiesel.

It is worldwide exported since the 2003 year, and uses any vegetable oil as a feedstock: crude (produced by crushing seeds at site),refined one, used cooked oil (UCO)& tallow collected in towns.

The proven pressurized reaction in high temperature (+80°C/+176°F), reaches a conversion oil-to-methylester of 98-99% in a single step (with oils with up to 6% FFA's). Please note that the CEN14214 std requires +96,5% content only.

The innovative BD2 & BD4 processors are affordable Stainless Steel industrial mixers (able to process palm oil), producing at low cost, from 400 to 6000 Liter/day (100-1500 GPD) in a succesive batches.
- The separation is by gravity settling or centrifugally forced (option)
- It is not mandatory to "wash" our methylester.

One not skilled operator can manage each module, with DIY installation. No maintenance needed: cleaning only.

The company also offers a BD2-G processor to turn all the crude glycerol in 100% cattle feed, and several recipes for adding value to the glycerol.

This biodiesel fuel is widely used in diesel engines (Scania, Deutz, Valtra, Case, New Holand:all them allow to use B100) and may also be turned into an ecologic coadjuvant, to reduce the qty of poisonous agrochemicals deployed in farms.
